Understanding Remote Connections from Cloud Retailer

Modified on Thu, 16 May 2024 at 03:27 PM

Overview

Cloud Retailer does not initiate many connections from our data centers, however, you may see connections from us in response to client-initiated services such as our Sync tools or ScreenConnect or if there is a specific service we are connecting to, such as FTP for transferring documents.

This article aims to provide a single list of possible connections and the expected origin for those calls.

NOTE: For dynamic load balancing and fail-over purposes the specific IP address of a given service cannot be garenteed. As such, when added restrictions, we urge you to use the URL provided.
