Card Defender Pax Terminal Warranty

Overview

All Card Defender terminals come with a Two Year manufacturer's warranty from PAX. RITE also covers shipping expenses for the first year of that warranty. To verify if your terminal is within these warranty periods, please contact us.

NOTE: if there is any damage to the terminal, the manufacturer's warranty is considered void. Also, there is a seal on the terminal that voids the warranty if it is removed or damaged. This also applies to a PID error messages that may cause the payment terminal to be locked.

Pro Tip: To prevent tamper or PID's errors, mount the payment terminal in a stand. This will help prevent the payment terminal from being dropped or moved around by customer.
