How to check that your report summaries are being emailed

If you notice that you are not receiving scheduled report summaries in your email, there are a couple things you can check to ensure that they are being generated and delivered as expected.
First, log in to the back office with an admin account and go to Admin -> Emails entries. This report will show you the emails sent by the system. Using the To, Subject, and Date Created fields, try to find the email you were expecting. You can select a row and click the “Show selected email body as html” button to see a preview of the email.
Once you have determined which row represents the email you were expecting, check the Status column. If the Status is “Failed” you should contact RITE to resolve the problem. If the status is “Sent,” then you should make sure the email is not being intercepted by a spam filter. For example, in Gmail, search your spam folder for the subject of the email you were expecting. If you find it, select it and click the “Not Spam” button.
