Troubleshooting Zebra Browser Print Issue

Overview

If you are using ZPL Label printing and having issues with printing the labels, please follow the instructions below.


Procedure

  1. Open the Chrome browser and copy/paste the below link on the address bar and hit Enter: https://localhost:9101/ssl_support
  2. You will see a prompt similar to the one below, click the Advanced button (or link).

  3. You will now see some additional options, click on the Continue to localhost (unsafe) link.

  4. Try to do a Label test print if you encounter an issue, please close and reopen your Chrome web browser and repeat the test.
