Overview
Whether it be actively as an administrator going in marking users InActive or passively after 90 days of no activity. You may find a need to mark an employee/user active again.
Procedure
- Log into your back office.
- Go to Admin and search/click "view existing users"
- Uncheck "searching active entries only" to find inactive users
- Search your user, select them, and click "Edit Selected Employee(s)"
- Toggle the "Is active" switch and hit save in the top right
