Overview
This report shows the results of an Inventory Count, summing the results by Product.
Usage
This report can be used to show general information about an Inventory Count or drill into Products on an Inventory Count with large variances.
Default Properties
- None
Columns
- Reference Number: A unique name or identifier for the Inventory Count.
- Description: The description of the Product.
- Size: The size of the Product.
- Product code: The UPC or Primary Product Code for the Product.
- Department: The name of the Department the Product is a member of.
- Category: The name of the Category the Product is a member of.
- Quantity counted: The total of all count entries for the Product for the given Inventory Count.
- Quantity expected: The Quantity that was expected to be counted for the given Inventory Count.
- Quantity variance: The difference between the Quantity expected and the quantity counted for the given Inventory Count.
- Count time: The date and time the Product was last counted for the given Inventory Count.
- Quantity variance cost:The Average cost multiplied by the Quantity variance for the given Inventory Count.
- Total (Retail): The Retail price multiplied by the Quantity counted for the given Inventory Count.
- Location: The Location that is carrying the Product. This column is hidden by default.
- Average Cost: The Average cost for the Product at the given Location. This column is hidden by default.
- Last Cost: The last cost for the Product at the given Location. This column is hidden by default.
- Quantity variance price:The Retail price multiplied by the Quantity variance for the given Inventory Count. This column is hidden by default.
- Total (Last Cost): The Last cost multiplied by the Quantity counted for the given Inventory Count.This column is hidden by default.
- Total (Avg Cost):The Average cost multiplied by the Quantity counted for the given Inventory Count. This column is hidden by default.
- Retail Price: The retail price of the Product at the given Location. This column is hidden by default.
