Receipt printer
- Log in as an admin
- Check the device manager look under universal serial bus controllers and see if any drivers have a yellow exclamation mark
- If you see a driver with a yellow exclamation mark, shut down the POS using the start menu. Do not reboot.
- The USB HUB driver that controls the printer has been corrupted. To fix the driver, the printer itself must be powered off. To do that the C14 must be powered off completely.
