Viewing Past Receipts after an Update

Overview

This SOP outlines the steps to access and view past receipts that were generated before Cloud Retailer was updated. A new token was created with this update, which requires these specific steps for historical data.


Procedure

  1. Select the "Past Receipt" button on the TaskPad.

  2. Choose "All machines in this store" in source.

  3. Select the specific or range date of the receipt you wish to view.

  4.  Click on the magnifying glass icon.
