Overview
This report is a tailored view of our Report - Inventory Count Products and Quantity Variance that filters for a specific Inventory Count and only shows Products that have a Quantity counted that is different than the Quantity expected (Quantity variance is not 0).
Usage
This report can be used to show the Products that have large discrepancies and may need to be re-counted before Finalizing the Inventory Count.
Default Properties
- Filtered by Inventory Count Id [provided by link] AND Quantity variance not equals 0
Columns
- Reference Number: A unique name or identifier for the Inventory Count.
- Description: The description of the Product.
- Size: The size of the Product.
- Product code: The UPC or Primary Product Code for the Product.
- Department: The name of the Department the Product is a member of.
- Category: The name of the Category the Product is a member of.
- Quantity counted: The total of all count entries for the Product for the given Inventory Count.
- Quantity expected: The Quantity that was expected to be counted for the given Inventory Count.
- Quantity variance: The difference between the Quantity expected and the quantity counted for the given Inventory Count.
- Count time: The date and time the Product was last counted for the given Inventory Count.
- Quantity variance cost:The Average cost multiplied by the Quantity variance for the given Inventory Count.
- Total (Retail): The Retail price multiplied by the Quantity counted for the given Inventory Count.
