Overview

       This article will detail how to change pricing restrictions in cloud retailer.  


Procedure

Changing the amount that cashiers can input into a line item at the register can be a very helpful tool. To do so is a simple process. First, log into the cloud retailer back office. Then click on Admin and Device/Register list. Double click on the register that needs to be changed this will bring up the settings for the register.


Under the POS Configuration Data, find the Max Price Input field. Change this to the maximum price that you would like to be able to put in for this register. Don't forget to save it by clicking on the save button in the top right corner.

Once saved, open cloud retailer on the register that the change was made on and double clock on the last sync time in the top right corner. This will bring up the sync window.

Click on Request Sync to sync the database to this register, once done this register is ready to be used.
