Zebra Browser print port 9100 not available / Non ELO Touch Screen Monitors and Zebra Printers

Cloud Retailer was designed and tested with ELO Touch screen monitors.  While other touchscreen monitors will work with Cloud Retailer, some do run into communication port issues.  If they communicate with the PC on port 9100 you will run into conflicts with the Zebra Browser Print add-in that is utilized for printing labels with Zebra printers.  If this occurs either the Labels may not print or the touchscreen may not function as expected. We have not tested this conflict yet in regards to the newer GoDex keg and barcode label printers.

This issue can also be caused by multiple users being signed in at the same time.

You will need to check your touchscreen monitors documentation to see about changing the communication port to resolve the issue.

As a paid premium service, RITE will assist in remedying the issue.
