In order to prevent an accidental barcode scan or "fat-fingering" from setting a large quantity or cost of an item, there is a limit to how high the value can be.  This value can be changed if needed.  We do suggest that you only set it as high as needed to help cut down on accidental large entries. 

Procedure

1. To do the change, go in the Back Office of Cloud Retailer to Admin>Locations. 

2. Choose the location you which to change and scroll to the bottom of the screen.  There are the Location Entity Settings where you can change the values.  

3. Save the settings and go back to Purchase Orders.
