If you need a report and export it from Cloud Retailer to a CSV or Excel file, here is the instruction on how to do it.

Step 1: Go to the report you want to export.
Step 2: Click on the document icon with an X on the right side of the report
Step 3: Then click on CSV or Excel to export the report
