This article will detail exporting customer data/information from Cloud Retailer.  


To export all your customer data:

  1. From your back office website, click on Reports in the sidebar, then click on the Customer List With Sales report.
  2. Click on the + on the left side of the header row to show the available columns. Check the columns you want to see, then click the Add Selected button.
  3. Click the Generate CSV/Excel button underneath the Grouping control and choose your export format.
  4. The system might warn you that generating the file might take a long time. Go ahead and click OK.
  5. The system will generate the export file and your browser will download it to your default download folder.
