By default, Product Attributes are not searched at the POS when performing a product lookup. To enable this ability (possibly at the expense of lookup speed), perform the following steps:


  1. Log in to the back office as an admin user.
  2. Click on Admin in the sidebar.
  3. Click on Admin Catalog.
  4. Click on Global Entity Settings.
  5. Click on the Diagnostics tab.
  6. UNCHECK the option Simpler Pos Product Search.
  7. Click the Save button.
  8. Sync the registers and restart the POS programs.
