How to reboot your Cloud Retailer Payment Terminal

Overview

    There are times where you may need to reboot your payment devices.  We've created a couple of short YouTube videos to help.  Click on the links below based on the device you have in your store.


Procedure


If you have a PAX S300, the power cable has to be unplugged manually, please watch this video for more details. This terminal is End Of Life. If you want to replace it, please contact us for options.

 If you have a PAX Px5 or Px7 the power cable has to be unplugged manually, please watch this video for more details. This terminal is End Of Life. If you want to replace it, please contact us for options.

If you have a PAX Aries8, press and hold the power button in the upper right corner then tap Restart on the screen.
If you have a PAX A35, press and hold the buttons;  and O to reboot the device. After it resets, click on the processor app on the home screen. 
If you have a MagTek DynaFlex Pro, it is powered by the POS.  A simple reboot of the computer will do this.
