There are times where you may need to reboot your payment devices. We've created a couple of short YouTube videos to help. Click on the links below based on the device you have in your store.
Procedure
If you have an S300 - watch this video | If you have a Px5 or Px7 - watch this video |
If you have an Aries8, press and hold the power button in the upper right corner then tap Restart on the screen. | If you have an A35, press and hold the buttons; X and O to reboot the device. After it resets, click on the processor app on the home screen. |
