Report - In stock but not recently sold (within last 3 months)

Overview

This report is targeted at finding the Products that have been counted during recent Inventory Counts but have not been sold in the last 3 months at a given Location.


NOTE: Calculations in this report are based on the last 3 month's worth of data.


Usage

The report can be used to find Products that are slow movers that may be taking up shelf space, or Products that could be nearing expiration.


Default Properties

  • Filtered by Point In Time is [today] AND Qty. On Hand 0 AND Last Sold < [90 days before today]
  • Ordered by Qty. On Hand


Columns

  • Product Code: The UPC or Primary Product Code for the Product.
  • Description: The description of the Product.
  • Location Name: The Location that is carrying the Product.
  • Qty. On Hand: The current quantity of the Product at the given Location.
  • Sold: The quantity of the Product sold in the last month for the given Location.
  • Last Sold: The last date and time the Product was sold at the given Location.
  • Inventory: The quantity of the Product received in Purchase Orders over the last 3 months for the given Location. This column is hidden by default. 
  • Transfer In: The quantity of the Product moved by Inventory Transfers over the last 3 months towards the given Location. This column is hidden by default. 
  • Transfer Out: The quantity of the Product moved by Inventory Transfers over the last 3 months away from the given Location. This column is hidden by default. 
  • Adjustment: The quantity of any manual adjustments made to the Product in the last 3 months for the given Location. This column is hidden by default. 
  • Size: The size of the Product. This column is hidden by default. 
  • Department: The name of the Department the Product is a member of. This column is hidden by default.
