Overview

This will show you how to see past purchases of any customer.

Procedure

1. Log in to the Back Office of Cloud Retailer and go Admin - Customers to get to the Customer
   
   
   
   
2. Click on the desired Customer to open their page.  Scroll Down to the Purchase History Form.
3. Once there, Click on Add Filter
   
   
   
4. Type in the Product Code or Description of the item you want to see the history of. Then, click the Search option to search for it.
   
   
   
   
5. You will now see the previous purchases of that item by the customer.
