Overview

If you use Google Chrome, there are options to view the Cloud Retailer Help Desk and Videos in other languages. Note that the translations may not be perfect.

Procedure - Help Desk

1. Right click on the page that you want to translate.
2. Click on "translate to...."
3. 
4. Click on the the three dots "..."
5. Click on "Choose Another Language"
6. 
7. Select the Language that you want to use
8. 
9. Click on "Translate"
10. 
11. You should now see text in the language that you selected

Procedure - Videos

1. Open the video that you want to watch in YouTube
2. Click on the "gear" icon near the right bottom of the video player window
3. 
4. Click on "Subtitles/CC"
5. 
6. Click on "auto-translate"
7. 
8. Select the language that you wish to use
9. 
10. You should now see subtitles in the language that you selected.
